My family had an amazing stay, with a spacious and modern apartment that offered fine views of the ocean and hinterland. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach, and the staff were cute and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The rooms were trendy and perfect, on how equipment worked. Btw it included netflix, smart TVs, and a lounge. The location was marvellous, for example, The Oasis Shopping Centre was at a medium distance from the hotel. I was very happy with the great and nice staff and their excellent service.

Overall just perfect stay on holidays. Clean place with pretty friendly staff and amazing view of the ocean and good location. Comfortable modern and spotless rooms with a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle.

The customer service was annoyingly poor. At check-in, I faced an issue with my credit card not being accepted, which turned out to be an external bank issue, yet the staff treated me unfriendly and with disdain. Our parking was compromised when management took our allocated space without notice, frustrating after a long day out.

The hotel is fairly clean and big with really kind staff members. Everything is well-maintained, the room is fairly quiet and spotless with a beautiful view, the dryer and TV.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated, plus it's just a 2-minute walk to the beach - perfect for a quick dip! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my business trip so much smoother. I really enjoyed the lovely pool area too. Such a relaxing vibe!

The pool is a bit on the smaller side and the walk to shops and dining can take around 20 minutes, which might not be ideal if you're in a hurry. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in the lift area, but thankfully it didn't reach my room! a great experience!

A perfect location just a short stroll to the beach! The staff were excellent, especially in setting up our TV for the rugby final. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Housekeeping every day was a nice touch. We are already planning our next visit!

Modern rooms with comfortable beds set the stage for a pleasant stay. The warm pool and spa were standout features, especially for family time in winter. Close proximity to the beach and local shops made it convenient, although parking availability was often problematic, leading to some frustration.

The pool, spa, and sauna facilities are good. I even appreciated the little touches like provided beach towels and a Dyson vacuum in the room!

The location was ideal, just a short walk away from great dining options and public transport. Not to mention, the pool area provided a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day of meetings.

Had a fabulous stay! Loved the beautiful spacious rooms and the relaxing pool area. Only downside was the beds were a bit hard for my taste. Would definitely go back!
